Milk + Honey began with a simple belief: women who spend so much of their lives caring for everyone else deserve a beautiful place to simply be.
 

For founder Antoinette Belton, that vision is deeply personal. Some of her earliest memories of peace were found outdoors alongside her great-grandmother, Jettie Ruth—sitting on the front porch, picking figs from the tree, snapping peas, hanging clothes on the line, and traveling quiet dirt roads together.
 

Those ordinary moments created an extraordinary connection to nature, stillness, and the feeling of being at home within yourself.
 

Years later, that feeling became the inspiration for Milk + Honey—a retreat created for women to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, reconnect, and experience the kind of rest that stays with you long after you leave.
 

Milk + Honey is more than a place to stay. It is an invitation to pour some of what you give so freely to others back into yourself.
